NIAS, Inc. is the sole provider of a turn-key web based data system registered as AcuComp®, which has been validated by the Massachusetts Department of Insurance to permanently lower experience modifiers an average of 27 points.

AcuComp®'s unique architecture integrates hundreds of processes designed to analyze the ever-changing unit statistical plan filing data per state statute. This enables favorable adjustments in the experience modifiers via insurer correction cards filed with the various rating bureaus.

The AcuComp® data system works because its foundation and design is based upon inputs from two of the nations' largest Workers’ Compensation insurers in the United States.
