Kudos! I was putting in some overtime late last night on a few clients' Work Comp files, I realized haven't said thanks to NIAS' for your new online system. With just a few clicks on my keyboard, I was able to access our clients' current claims information and provide my producers the tools they need, before they even got out of bed! Since our agency has been working with NIAS it is always a pleasure to work with your staff, their kindness and knowledge is always a secure feeling.
